The Power of Mentorship

Do you remember the days when you were just starting your career? The time following graduation can often feel unsettled as recent grads take their first steps into the working world, and try to figure out where they want to go. Mentorship can make all the difference at this stage of life — and, as it happens, throughout a career. The Saskatchewan Leaders Panel at the 2024 Inspiring Leadership Forum looks at the power of mentorship and the connections made possible through learning from the experience of others.

On March 27, 2024 five Saskatchewan women leading in their fields will take to the Forum stage to engage in a moderated conversation about how mentorship has shaped their lives, and how through mentoring, they are able to pay it forward.
