Presenter Information
Oral Presentations
Please save presentations to either a CD or a USB drive. Presentations are scheduled for 12 minutes with 3 minutes of questions. Session chairs will keep to a strict schedule. After 10 minutes, the session chair will stand, at 12 minutes they will move towards the speaker podium, and at 15 minutes the session chair will stop the presentation. All of the talks will be held in the Education Building ED191 and ED193.
Abstracts must be sent by January 31, 2007. They must be sent in MSWord form and emailed to elizabethbarker@sasktel.net. Instructions:
Please submit your abstract as a Microsoft Word attachment to the email above
Please do not format your abstract (no small caps, bold type etc.), as this will make the preparation of the abstract booklet easier
Abstracts are limited to 200 words or less, please adhere to this word length
Please do not embed any tables, figures or pictures in your abstract

Abstract body (200 words)
Presentations must be loaded onto the computers located in ED191 and ED193 prior to your session. Sessions are scheduled as follows:
Friday 9:00-10:15 session:
You must load your presentation prior to 8:45am.
Rooms will be open at 8:00am and session chairs will be present to assist you.
Friday 10:45-12:00 session:
You must load your presentation during the 10:15am coffee break.
Friday 1:30-2:45 session:
You must load your presentation after lunch at 1:00pm.
Friday 3:15-4:30 session:
You must load your presentation during the 2:45pm coffee break.
Saturday 8:30-12:00 Session:
You must load your presentation prior to 8:15am.
Rooms will be open at 7:45am and session chairs will be present to assist you.
Saturday 1:30-2:45 session:
You must load your presentation after lunch at 1:00pm.
Saturday 3:15-4:30 session:
You must load your presentation during the 2:45pm coffee break.
Poster Presentations
Poster dimensions can be a maximum of 4 feet x 3 feet. Poster dimensions will be strictly enforced. Presenters may set up their posters in the Multipurpose Room in the Riddell Centre building on Friday between 6:00 and 7:00pm. Authors must attend their posters during the Friday evening poster session from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. Posters may be taken down Friday evening after the poster session.
