Break ups are always messy and more complicated that they look. It is rarely about big issues but rather it ends up being the mistimed questions, the flirtations, the lack of communication, and the day to day squabbles that turns love to hate, or worse, to indifference. The voice over seems straight forward, but the four layers of image remind the viewer that it was a long and complex road that brought them to this point.
