Each zip file contains the corresponding ARC export file (.e00):

pl_sg.e00 ------> Prelate map sheet, surficial geology
sc_sg.e00 ------> Swift Current map sheet, surficial geology
72j13.e00 ------> the 1:50 K topo map
72k8hc.e00 -------> the contours from the 1:50 K
soil138.e00 -------> the soils of RM 138
soil228.e00 -------> the soils of RM 228

Clearwater Lake is on topo map 72j13 and in RM 228

Antelope Lake is on topo map 72k8 and in RM 138

We just have the contours for 72k8. I can check our tapes and retrieve the other features (roads, streams, lakes) if you could use them. The file 72j13 has all the topo data for this map sheet.

You should be able to import the .e00 files using the IMPORT71 utility in ARCView. Then create a theme for each map area and add the coverages.
