We,the future generation, is actively supporting e-green and enviromental issues. So, going paperless can get lot of support from us whereas the old generation have to face lot of problems.
The advantages of going paperless:
Going Green
- Paperless society will be ecofriendly.
- Paper produces from tree's bark which implies cutting down of trees
- Paperless enviroment can save millions of trees from cutting down
Financial Savings
- There will be great impact on financial status of society
- In offices, lot of money can be saved of security system.As everything will be on computer.
- Less space will be required in offices as we don't have to stack up piles of files in a room.
- It will also reduce the courier costs as we can send files by email.
Governance Improvements
- There are no chances of misplacements and missing as everything will be online.
The disadvantages of going paperless:
Human Error
- People are used to work manually and there can be errors while typing data on devices
- This can create blunders.
Automation
- All devices and system need tobe automated flawlessly
- This needs time and money
Bugs and Breakdowns
- The devices can get infected by viruses which can destroy data
- the devices can also have breakdown which can interrupt the work
Security Issue
- Posting publishing everything online can create serious problems
- It can create serious security to nation if every database published online
