Well, looky here. Some sort of building. I walked up to it. There was music playing, and lights on, but only a custodian was in there maybe. I walked around it. Here is the cool thing: there are NO ROADS OR TRAILS leading to it. When we got back to the B&B in Inuvik, our host figured this was the new native-run winter lodge, accessible by the "winter road" (on the river) only.
