We hiked through town to the south edge and beyond, hoping to get to the pingoes, hills that formed over landlocked ice chunks. But they were too far away, and we only made it to the city dump. Someone in town had warned us that there was a grizzly bear sighting near the dump, but we made sure he stayed away by singing Justin Bieber songs.
