Business Attitude & Entrepreneurship: A core component of this course is to have students develop a business attitude and understand what is involved in creating an entrepreneurial venture. Students will also learn how to foster an entrepreneurial attitude within them as they develop the, real or imagined, business that is a requirement of this course.
Communication: Students will have to do a considerable amount of group work in which they will develop and enhance their communication skills. A major component of this course involves the presentation to the class of their activities, which will help develop their large group communication skills.
Employment Skills: There are not many jobs today that do not
require a certain amount of computer knowledge. This course will provide

transferred to a business situation.
