The University of Regina, in affiliation with our federated colleges ("we," "us," and "our") collects and uses certain personal, interest, and behavioural information about prospective students and those interested in studying at the University of Regina ("your information").

During sign-up and interaction with our representatives/services/websites, you may be asked to share personal information such as your name, mailing address including postal code, phone number, email address, and date of birth. We may also collect your school/educational information, interest in specific programs/faculties/colleges, Aboriginal ancestry, attendance at educational events, how you use our website(s), and your communication history with us.

We collect and use your information for the purposes of marketing, student services, relationship management, application forms, event co-ordination, academic/enrolment administration, and contest/survey administration. We collect information under the authority of the University of Regina Act (Saskatchewan), in accordance with the Local Authority Freedom of Information & Protection of Privacy Act (Saskatchewan) and the Personal Information Protection & Electronic Document Act (Canada).
