This 2 hour workshop will help you develop an understanding of and ability to apply the performance improvement process to support employee performance. In this two-hour online workshop, participants will:
- Enhance ability to identify performance problems and behaviours
- Build capacity to effectively assess employee culpability in order to determine the appropriate processes to address them
- Understand the value of being proactive in performance improvement and how to act on it
- Increase knowledge of and ability to access various relevant tools and resources
- Increase knowledge about performance improvement process at the University of Regina
* Participants are strongly encouraged to begin their URManaging development by taking The Fundamentals of Leading and Managing.
