What's the Brain got to do with it: Learn to apply SCARF to Support your Remote Team
As a manager, being able to re-shape your remote team to continue their effectiveness requires an understanding of what's important to team members. The SCARF acronym will help you gain this understanding and help you lead your team as they work from a distance. This 90 minute workshop will provide:
