This highly interactive 90 minute virtual workshop will introduce participants to:
- The Foundation of Inclusive Leadership: Factors that drive the importance of inclusion
- The Link between cultural competence, authenticity, belonging and psychological safety, and
- Key strategies for leaders to become more inclusive and culturally competent.
Dr. Komal Bhasin, Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant and Mental Health Expert in-Residence from Bhasin Consulting will facilitate this workshop.
