You are invited to join your colleagues to share ideas and insights on what it is to be an inclusive leader in today's work environment.
This highly interactive 90 minute virtual workshop will introduce participants to:
- The Foundation of Inclusive Leadership: Factors that drive the importance of inclusion
- The Link between cultural competence, authenticity, belonging and psychological safety, and
- Key strategies for leaders to become more inclusive and culturally competent.
Dr. Komal Bhasin, Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant and Mental Health Expert in-Residence from Bhasin Consulting will facilitate this workshop.
