URManaging - Corrective Discipline
This 3 hour workshop will provide participants with:
- An awareness of important corrective discipline principles
- A framework to prompt desired behaviours in order to meet expected job performance objectives
- And understanding of the corrective discipline process.
* Participants are strongly encouraged to begin their URManaging development by taking The Fundamentals of Leading and Managing.
