UR Leading supports building connection, collaboration and community across the institution.
Since May 2020, the University Recovery Planning Group (URPG) has been working together to provide strategic guidance and advice to the executive team (UET). URPG membership includes: Dr. Andrew Cameron, Dr. Michele Sorenson, Dr. Jacqui Gagnon, Lamont Stradeski, Regan Seidler, and Amy Hunter. As URPG continues to gather ideas to inform this future-focused work, they'd like to hear from you, current leaders from across the university.
This 75-minute Zoom session on February 4, from 1:30 - 2:45 p.m., will provide you with an opportunity to meet/reconnect with fellow UR Leading Alumni and to share your views and personal experiences with leading during the pandemic and beyond.
We will engage in conversation focused on one of three resilience/recovery topics: mental health, remote working, and U of R identity. Through small-group, breakout room discussions, you will have a chance to share some of your experiences and ideas to contribute to future reporting that will be prepared by URPG.
