Objectives:
• Create a more respectful workplace
• Develop a greater awareness of harassment, discrimination and conflict resolution
• Link the learning to the goals of the University's Strategic Plan
The session will be framed as follows:
1. What is guiding us in terms of a respectful workplace and learning environment?
2. What does a respectful university look like?
3. What are the major issues occurring in our university today?
