This is a single workshop that is offered over two afternoon sessions:
January 14 and January 21, 2020 (1:00-4:30 p.m.)
Conflict in the workplace is inevitable and it can be productive. Through self-awareness and respectful dialogue skills, conflict can be prevented, resolved or even turned into collaboration. Participants in this two half days workshop will explore their responses to conflict situations. They will increase their understanding of how their thoughts influence and can lead to destructive behaviours which can start or fuel a conflict.
