Human Resources has begun the process of developing a comprehensive Leadership Development Program designed to further strengthen the leadership culture within the University. We are exploring the design and implementation of this Program to support new, current and future leaders in their roles at UofR.
We would appreciate hearing your opinions, ideas and suggestions for what leading and leadership development can look like in our university.
To hear your ideas, HR will be facilitating focus groups to gather further information on the leadership needs of our institution. These focus group sessions are expected to last approximately 90 minutes and we will explore the themes and questions related to designing and implementing a Leadership Development Program in a university environment.
