What does a respectful university look like?
What is guiding us in terms of a respectful workplace and learning environment?
What are the major issues occurring in our university today?
These questions will be considered in this session being offered by Ian MacAusland-Berg, the Coordinator of Harassment, Discrimination Prevention and Conflict Resolution Services. This session is entitled "Creating a Respectful University", and is designed for Faculty, Staff and Students.
The objectives of this presentation are to:
- Promote a more respectful workplace and learning environment
- Develop a greater awareness of the role of Harassment, Discrimination Prevention and Conflict Resolution Services
- Link the learning to the goals of the University's Strategic Plan
