Objectives:
- Create a more respectful workplace
- Develop a greater awareness of harassment, discrimination and conflict resolution
- Link the learning to the goals of the University's Strategic Plan
The session will be framed as follows:
What is guiding us in terms of a respectful workplace and learning environment?
What does a respectful university look like?
What are the major issues occurring in our university today?
