Jason Goertzen, B.A. (Honours) - Past Research Assistant
Jason Goertzen is a former research assistant on the
Community Psychology Research Team. He completed his Bachelor of
Arts Honours Degree in Psychology with High Honours at the University of Regina under the
supervision of Dr. Mary Hampton. His thesis was entitled: "The
Experience of Spirituality in Emerging Adulthood".
During his time on the team, Jason worked as a research assistant on three research projects: 1) "Evaluating the Youth Educating About Health (YEAH) Program"; 2) "Strengthening and Building Sexual Health of Aboriginal Youth and Young Adults (Part 1)"; and 3) "End-of-life Health Care Delivery: Completing the Circle in Aboriginal and Conventional Medicines".
Jason is currently working on his Master's Degree in the History & Theory of Psychology Program at York University in Toronto, Ontario. He is working under the supervision of Dr. Thomas Teo.
