This final chapter in the series is a moment years after the relationship has ended. The contact is neither friendly nor unfriendly, anxious nor pleasurable, it is simply indifferent. It is like a conversation between high school colleagues who barely remember each other. This is the reality of such relationships, the ones that emerge between people with nothing really in common so that they never really hurt each other in the end, they never lose anything. Love is gone, and so is hate, leaving nothing. I shot this video in Cancun where I was on vacation just prior to posting it. I knew basically what I wanted, having recorded the audio prior to the trip. I thought that ending the series in a an exotic, warm setting would be a nice counterpoint to the volume one in the snow.
