Mr. Saul on Choosing a Suitable Holiday

TEXT:

I need to say a few words about vacations.

Once per year you must consult with your employer about where you should best travel. His higher wage and status will make him the best advisor in this regard. Of course, you must never attempt to replicate his vacation until you,  yourself, have achieved his status. If he went to a four star hotel for six nights, then a three star hotel for five nights will be good enough for you. A tent and a sleeping bag are not an option, that would make it appear that  you have not taken his advice to heart. Your employment would certainly be quickly terminated.

If you follow this plan as I, Mr. Saul, do, then your vacations will ingratiate you with your betters and manifest into a lifetime of labour in which  you will be satisfied to know that your loyal services are being  suitably  exploited.
