Didn't Your Brother Ever Tell You?

HD Video, 94 seconds , colour, 2012

Using found footage from the Prelinger Archive, this film ambiguously addresses sexuality, filmmaking, and economics. Many of the issues discussed seemed very familiar to the decisions being made by the Saskatchewan government, about the problems of putting business ahead of people. These issues repeat themselves, just as the film does, looping and never progressing. It seems like a dream sometimes, a inexplicable delusion, so I conclude the video with a reference to dreams, a pay off. VIDEO
