and presentations that address integration--for which we managed
to locate electronic versions. Nancy, Liz, or Vi are authors or
co-authros of most of the following works. We have written other
papers about integration and/or presented about integration at other
conferences, but we have no electronic evidence for these papers
to post to the site. Below each paper I have written the type(s)
