About Maureen

Maureen completed her BA in English and BA (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Regina in 2006. During her undergraduate degrees, she became interested in working with children and their families. In 2008, Maureen began the MA programme in Clinical Psychology at the University of Regina.


While in the Master’s programme, Maureen has been involved in numerous research projects as a part of the Child and Family Research Group. These research projects include University students’ knowledge of infant development, longitudinal research about the experiences of first-time parents, as well as a national study on infant and toddler sleep. Maureen’s SSHRC- funded thesis examines men’s ability to balance work and family while transitioning to fatherhood.
