Research Assistants

The ECDL is always on the lookout for volunteer research assistants to help make our lab go! We are looking for hard-working, motivated, and organized individuals to join our research team. Working in the ECDL provides a unique opportunity to learn more about the research process and gain valuable hands-on research experience. Because of the training involved in working with children, we typically prefer a minimum two-term commitment from our volunteers.

If you’d like to apply to work in the lab, click here to download an application form. Filled out forms can be emailed to earlycogdevlab@gmail.com.

Graduate Students

Graduate students in Dr. Loucks’ lab receive high quality training and mentorship on conducting developmental research with infants, young children, and even adults, in a collaborative and supportive environment. Students are fully funded through Dr. Loucks' research grants.
